Heart Centered Meditation
Happy winter solstice everyone!!
To celebrate, I have put together a guided meditation designed to root you in your heart center and bring about mental coherence. We will focus on counting our breath and letting go of our mental chatter. We can use the breath as a tool to aid us in calming our minds. Find a comfortable place to sit where you will not be disturbed and enjoy the meditation.
