"I AM" Meditation
Happy #MeditationMonday Family! Can you believe it’s been 44 weeks that we have come together in meditation?! I have enjoyed the weekly exploration of meditation with you.
Before we jump into this week’s meditation I need to tell you that next week will be my final #MeditationMonday for the year. Additionally, I will do one more meditation this year for the winter solstice on December 21st, 2017. At this point I do not plan to continue #MeditationMonday into 2018 but I will be releasing meditations occasionally throughout next year. I am exciting to put more time into creating more music content for you to enjoy on my channels. So a huge thank you to those of you who have come along this journey with me throughout this year!!
This week’s meditation focuses on the I AM presence within you. Whenever we say I AM we are referring to our true nature; unconditioned awareness. Whenever we follow a I AM with any additional words we have conditioned our awareness. Recognize the difference between your I AM awareness and that which you are aware of being. The focus of this meditation will root you in your I AM which is beyond all conditions and limitations.
