12 Breath Meditation
This week for #MeditationMonday let's use a simple breath-counting technique which helps to focus our attention and free us from over active thinking. Let go of the thoughts about your to-do lists and let go of your worry thoughts and focus on counting 12 breaths at a time.
We will use our right hand to count 12 breaths by moving our thumb across all 12 pads of the other four fingers. Count them, there's 12! ;) I will explain in depth about how this meditation works in the intro to the video. I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit and relax into this focused meditation.
