Happy #MeditationMonday everyone!
Let’s explore the topic of gratitude together. This week we will focus our intension upon the feeling of gratitude. At first you do not need to have any specific thing to be grateful for. Your intension is enough. Once we get deeper into the meditation we will naturally attract specific thought which you are grateful for. In the beginning of the meditation we will simply focus on our breath and become fully aligned with the now moment.
