Happy full moon!!
Today is the full moon. It falls perfectly in alignment with this week's #MeditationMonday! That is exciting.
Every time the full moon comes around I take mental note of my internal state. Usually this seems to be the time of the month when I need to ground my self the most. I feel agitated more easily. I get less patient with myself. I forget that taking it slow is a valid option. I lose track of my calm breath. During this time of the month I make it more of a priority to sit in meditation and find my center. This helps recalibrate my mind and become clear once again.
