The Present Moment

This week we are using the present moment around us for our point of focus. By paying attention intently on the environment around us we will become mentally still. There is no need to think about this; simply experience. As we expand our awareness a great sense of peace and harmony will develop within. This will lead you to create mental coherence. This also establishes the Peaceful Kingdom Within.
