Diaphragm Meditation

Hello everyone! This week we keep it simple with a meditation entirely focused on our diaphragm. This part of our body is directly connected to our solar plexus which is the center of our parasympathetic nervous system (the cool down response). By lengthening our breath and breathing with intention we will consciously slow down our minds and generate a feeling of peaceful relaxation
