I came across an amazing article this week (link is below the video). It was an article written on the "Harvard Health Blog" back in 2014. In the article written by Julie Corliss she goes on to talk about how research verified by Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD in the field of meditation has revealed that "mindful meditation can help ease psychological stresses like anxiety, depression, and pain." It is an amazing discovery, one that many meditators the world over can agree with. Meditation has helped cure me of my deepest depression and give me tools to stay healthy in mind and body.
