Happy Full Moon!
Happy February! This week's meditation comes a few days before the full moon which is set for this coming Friday, the 10th. As we march towards this beautiful time of the month may we remember to ground our energy and make time for stillness. It is a perfect time to set new intensions as well as honor whatever is showing up in our immediate realities. If there is stress in your life then now is the perfect time to take short breaks here and there. These tiny shifts in your day will help you tremendously. A short meditation will always helps me make the shift :)
