Happy #MeditationMonday!

How are you feeling? I am feeling the excitement and fatigue of change. So much is shifting in my personal reality as well as the collective reality. The dynamics of change are very large at this point in time. I am grateful to for the expansion going on in my life.

During these phases of immense change it is always a good idea to ground our energy and reconnect with Mother Earth. I highly recommend spending time in Nature to aid in the grounding process. Being around some trees, the grass, or a body of water are all good ways to help you find balance easily. Once you find your inner peace then you have the ability to share that peace with all those you encounter. And the world needs more peaceful people right now.
