This week for #MeditationMonday we use a breath-control technique known as Nadi Shodhana. This is a Sanskrit word which translates to mean "alternate nostril breathing." We will breathe in through one nostril and exhale out the opposite. By focusing our mind on breathing with such intension we begin to experience stillness of thought. This is the beautiful side effect of meditation. When we de-clutter our mind, consciously, we gain more clarity, peace and creativity. We use meditation as a tool for reaching this deep place of serenity so we may go forth into our world and share that feeling with all those we encounter.
